October 2016 Lake Levels and Flow Rates

October lake levels remained about a half of a foot higher than the five year average, which was great news for boaters wanting to take advantage of the unseasonably warm fall. The trend should be a slow but steady drop to somewhere in the range of 658.0ft - 658.5ft for the remainder of the year.

Power generation seems a bit robust for this time of year, but record heat in much of the country may have prompted some demand on the grid.
